Should I Be Watching?
Obviously. I mean, there is the whole Battle for New York thing up for grabs. That’s not even mentioning the fact that St. John’s is literally on the verge of being ranked in the Top 25. With a victory over Syracuse it is likely that enough votes will come from enough people to put the Red Storm in your local newspapers as being one of the best 25 teams in the entire country.

There’s clearly a slew of other reasons to watch. Such as the continued development of the Red Storm rotation, players and their new — and fancy — version of a lineup that puts Sir’Dominic Pointer playing major minutes at the four, which he is excelling at.
Prediction
It is going to be entertaining. There’s no doubt about that. However, despite being a St. John’s site, it is hard to argue against history. Until St. John’s proves otherwise the safe bet is on the Orange.
Really, this game should be named the Battle of Colors instead.
