Opinions Are Always Presented Demonstratively, By Bigger Than Life Characters

Pro Wrestling will make sure they bring us characters they feel we will either revile, love or — at the very least — find interesting. If you have ever watched wrestling, then you know how a guy acts is as important as how well he wrestles in the ring. Sure, a guy might be able to do a couple flips in the air, but if he can’t talk on a microphone or illicit a reaction from a crowd, well, that guy is gone the way of Denver The Last Dinosaur’s family.

Now, there are people who represent both sides of the pay the player debate. The thing about them, though, is that they are eerily similar to people who usually inhabit the inside of the squared circle. All of these guys are bigger than life, like to stretch the truth to make sure it fits their narrative and will never (eveeeeeeeeer) actually listen to logic from the other side.

You see the guy on the left hand side of that pic above? Yeah, man — that guy. I won’t even say his name because I already said it twice today and if I say it again he might murder me in my bathroom. He recently sent out a tweet that had zero logic, no facts and then claimed he was just testing us. You know, classic bad guy manuevers. His tweet, that garnered a huge reaction and painted him as a dope, was a trick on us all along.

Man, that’s just like that time when Vince McMahon blew up in a limo and we felt bad for him. But, because wrestling, he was back on TV in short order to tell us he just needed a break and pretending he was murdered was the best route to go. Oh, that and that whole Chris Benoit thing — whatever that was about.
