St. John’s Target Isaiah Briscoe Offered Scholarship by Kentucky

Isaiah Briscoe is a big time recruit. Like, five-star, ranked first at his position and ninth best in his class kind of big time. The kind of talent that will have a lot of coaches wiping brown off their noses after talking to him. So, really, it should come as little to not surprise that the St. John’s Red Storm have stiff competition while wooing the prized recruit.

According to multiple sources, Isaiah Briscoe was offered a scholarship by the Kentucky Wildcats. Because people expect John Calapari to land every single recruit in the history of history some already have the talented player headed to play for Big Blue Nation.

For what it is worth, gauging a player’s feelings moments after visiting a program isn’t really a great way to get a sense of where he is headed. I mean, the kid literally just heard how great he was over a period of time and how the program can get him to go wherever it is that he wants to. So, yeah, of course he enjoyed himself.

St. John’s does have another official visit lined up with Briscoe on October, 17.
