2016 Recruiting Prospect Rashond Salnave Offered by St. John’s
By Joe Nardone
The St. John’s Red Storm are not stopping their recruiting efforts on solely tippy-top recruits. No, sir. They are even attempting to lure the likes of two star prospects who may go under the radar for one reason or another. The latest example being the highly underrated 2016 prospect Rashond Salnave.
According to Rashond Salnave — who else — the Red Storm offered the Queens, New York native a scholarship.
You may also remember Salnave as the recruit who was once irked by the Johhnies.
I do not want to pretend like I know how good he is or how good he will be or what sort of cereal he enjoys in the morning (I sure hope it is Fruit Loops), but people in the know do say that he is a pretty underrated prospect. In fact, Yahoo has one of his strengths being listed as “developing”, which I suppose could mean that he may end up being a pretty awesome college basketball player.
There is not too much else I can say about Rashond Salnave without me spewing complete and utter bull at you, but you can view some highlights of him on the YouTube machine. Granted, there isn’t even a ton of them, but there is enough to quench whatever weird thirst you have for 2016 recruiting prospects who are graded as being as low as “not ranked” to being as high as two star.
Hooray, recruiting.
