Sir’Dominic Pointer With a Boot Poop Insane Dunk Over a Human
By Joe Nardone
Sir’Dominic Pointer played pretty solid basketball in St. John’s win over Minnesota on Wednesday night. However, it was not his 8 points or 11 rebounds that have people talking about the athletic forward. No, sir. It was his abilities as a person who defies gravity to the point that Neil deGrasse Tyson thinks he is a work of bad fiction.
BAM!
Pointer also had a bat poop insane block in this game, but I could not find it anywhere on the Interwebs, nor do I know how to upload such things to my computer because I am dumb.
The win is a good resume builder for St. John’s. More importantly, at least for the long term, Sir’Dominic Pointer seemed to play mostly within his skill set. I have knocked him in the past for taking far too many jumpers, but in the game against the Golden Gophers Pointer did a solid job of keeping away from settling for bad shots. He did force a three, but he was wide-open so I suppose it can be forgiven. His six shot attempts are pretty much where they should be at, though.
St. John’s is now 4-0 on the season and play the number 10 ranked Gonzaga Bulldogs on Friday night.
