Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. PG. Freshman. Posh Alexander. 4. player. 478

Posh Alexander might be the player entering Queens with the most hype surrounding him.

The guard posted unbelievable highlights in his senior year at Our Savior Lutheran High School and looks to be the perfect guard for the Red Storm’s system.

Alexander not only is a freak athlete, but he possesses the skill to be a reliable offensive weapon who can shoot from the perimeter as well as getting to the basket at will.

St. John’s already has a plethora of guards and although Mike Anderson wants good athletes and players on the floor, it will be interesting to see how he sets his lineups with players like Alexander, Williams Jr., and Rasheem Dunn all with the ability to run the offense.

With his size, 5-foot-11, being one of the main question marks, it will be interesting to see how the freshman adjusts to the speed and physicality of the Big East Conference.
