St. John’s basketball vs. BYU prediction

This could turn out to be an old-school, defensive basketball game and that could favor St. John’s.

The Red Storm have had trouble closing out games with big leads against La Salle and Boston College but ultimately prevailing victorious in addition to its comeback win on opening night against St. Peter’s.

Winning the paint battle will be the biggest key for St. John’s, as they have matchups at forward and guard they can take advantage of, but how will the Red Storm keep BYU out of the paint?

If they can figure it out, they win.

PREDICTION: St. John’s 75, BYU 70
