St. John’s Game Tonight: St. John’s vs St. Francis Injuries, Odds, Channel
The St. John’s basketball team will be back on the court after Saturday’s disappointing showing.
It is another winless team coming to Queens to face the St. John’s basketball program as the Johnnies will try and put forth a better performance than Saturday.
St. Francis Brooklyn has lost to Wisconsin, St. Thomas (Minnesota), and Penn State to begin the season.
After coming off its first loss of the season to Indiana, the Red Storm lacked energy and focus against Fairleigh Dickinson despite never trailing in the game.
St. John’s only has two games remaining before its massive home showdown against No. 4 Kansas on December 3 at the new UBS Arena in Belmont Park.
St. John’s Injury Report vs. St. Francis
St. John’s will be dealing with injury problems as St. Francis comes to Queens as the Johnnies will be without freshman guard Rafael Pinzon as he suffered a broken left ring finger in practice last Friday.
The timetable for Pinzon to return is still unknown.
The Red Storm are hoping to see the return of guard Tareq Coburn on Tuesday night as the Hofstra transfer missed Saturday night’s game with a non-COVID illness.
St. John’s vs. St. Francis Odds: Spread, Over/Under & Betting Pick
WynnBET’s College Basketball Odds lists St. John’s as a 26-point favorite on Tuesday night as the over/under is set at 153.5.
St. Francis has already made tips to Madison, Wisconsin to face the Wisconsin Badgers and State College, Pennsylvania to battle Penn State.
The Terriers lost both of those games by a combined 38 points.
St. John’s will be looking to play much better than Saturday and because of that we will take the Johnnies to cover the spread as the total will go over the number listed.
