St. John’s basketball keys to victory against Kansas

Julian Champagnie Must be a Star

St. John’s got 32 points from Julian Champagnie against Indiana and it still was not enough.

Granted the Red Storm did not get much production from its role players in its loss, the Johnnies will need its star to be a superstar against the Jayhawks.

It is tough to envision St. John’s beating Kansas if Champagnie stays in the shooting slump he has encountered since losing to the Hoosiers, but the Johnnies are hoping its reserve players will take some of the pressure off Julian Champagnie on Friday night.
