The Seton Hall Pirates used to matter in the realm of college basketball. Seriously, they did. Don’t believe me? Just ask someone old enough to buy a Budweiser.
This one is pretty simple, really. Budweiser is known as The King of Beers even though I don’t know of a single person who drinks them or has a strange crush on a horse. Seton Hall was once a program that was a player in the Big East, although, I don’t know of a single person who still remembers Terry Dehere but me.
Alas, like Budweiser, Seton Hall still has some redeemable qualities and could one day return to the land of relevance. Oh, and maybe date a horse or something.
