The recruitment drama of top 2015 prospect Isaiah Briscoe now continues. This time, though, it is not in the favor of your St. John’s Red Storm. Instead, according the the wonderfully talented Zach Braziller, Briscoe is leaning towards joining John Calipari and his Kentucky Wildcats.
Here is Braziller breaking down what his source told him:
Hearing all Kentucky at moment for Isaiah Briscoe. Source says John Calipari has been to house 3 times in last few weeks. #bbn #sjubb

I want to know what Isaiah Briscoe and Calipari ate for dinner. However, obviously, the Kentucky coach going to the prospect’s house three times in such a short period of time is a pretty big deal.

If you want to be a cynic you could say that Braziller’s source could just be hedging his bets. To be honest, though, it is more likely that the source has gained more information that has resulted in new reports. I mean, players’ minds to tend to change and so too does how hard a coach goes after a kid.
