Former St. John’s golf standout Keegan Bradley had a good showing at The Northern Trust but he was unable to qualify for the BMW Championship.
Back in his home state of Massachusetts, former St. John’s golf standout Keegan Bradley put together one of his best tournaments since the resumption of the golf season but he just came up short in too many facets.
First and foremost, Bradley did not win The Northern Trust following his ten-under performance at TPC Boston. Despite his very respectable score over the four rounds, Bradley was no where close to Dustin Johnson’s 30-under.

Johnson was 11 shots clear of the rest of the field in what as a jaw-dropping performance in the first event of the Fed-Ex Cup Playoffs.
Keegan Bradley ended up coming T-29 alongside Cameron Tringale, Kyoung-Hoon Lee, Scott Piercy, Troy Merritt, Mark Hubbard, Hideki Matsuyama, Tyler Duncan, Cameron Davis, and Wyndham Clark.
The placing brought in $56,000 for Bradley in prize money.
However, this will be one of the last times that Johnnie fans are able to see Keegan Bradley on the links as he did not qualify for next week’s BMW Championship which serves as the second round of the Fed-Ex Cup Playoffs.
Bradley currently sits at No. 99 in the standings as only the Top-70 players advance to next week and the Top-30 then advance to the Tour Championship the following week.
